Our Process

Choosing a POS company that you can count on is the key to a successful installation. Our team at Oregon Point of Sale has successfully installed Digital Dining at hundreds of locations throughout the Northwest. Our team of highly trained professionals are ready to implement your system successfully and make sure that the system is working to your satisfaction.

Discovery Meeting:

Our first step into implementing your system is to conduct a meeting to review features, and discuss how to tailor the system to accomplish your personal goals. Our professionals will offer suggestions as to how maximize simplicity and effectiveness in your database. We will also review optimal terminal locations and any wiring requirements.

Design

Once we have determined the blueprint for your database your information is sent over to our design team. Our design team is completely dedicated to database design and creating a functional and easy to use database for your restaurant. This is the key to a successful database.

Installation Staging & Review

Our quality control now reviews not only the database that our team designed but they also implement all of the necessary software and hardware together in a staged office environment to ensure it meets our satisfaction before we deliver to your site. This ensures that you are getting the best of the best before implementation.

Implementation

Implementation is an exciting phase of the project as this involves getting all of your POS terminals, Server, and Handheld terminals into place. We review the entire setup of the system with you to ensure it meets your satisfaction and also review the key areas of power locations, and general terminal knowledge in the event you need to troubleshoot your system.

Training & Go-Live

The next week is the most exciting time of our implmentation – putting the system to work for you! Our team members will be on-site working with your managers, staff, and team to ensure that everybody feels comfortable working with the system. For the next few days we will be with you at your restaurant and making sure that everything goes smoothly and minor adjustments are made for another successful installation!

Continuing our relationship
